11/1964: Laid cables across the Cook Strait
09/1965: Laid cables between Trinidad and Tobago
1965: Converted back to a bulk carrier
by 12/1976: Commenced re-fitting as a cable ship
03/1977 to 08/1977: Repairing faulty New Zealand No 1 cable
09/1977: Commenced conversion back to a bulk carrier
12/05/1978: Aground at Milwaukee after dragging her anchors in a storm
07/07/1978: Refloated & towed to Sturgeon Bay. Machinery removed there
12/1978: Towed to Chicago
15/11/1979: Arrived at Kewaunee, Wisconsin, to be broken up
