Comments: Sister vessel to HAI YUAN
Accommodation for 20 x 1st class, 52 x 2nd class & 28 x 3rd class passengers
Also deck space was available for 900 x deck passengers
16/10/1934: Registered with the shipbuilder for the delivery voyage
10/12/1941: Scuttled at Hong Kong
1942: Refloated by Japanese salvors
18/06/1945: Mined & sunk 12 miles west of Shimonoseki, Japan
09/1948: Refloated and then broken up
