Comments: Member of the County Class & allocated pennant D19
1976: One twin gun turret replaced by 4 Exocet missiles
12/06/1982: Hit by Argentinian landbased Exocet missile during the Faklands conflict
13 crew killed & 14 others wounded. Repaired for further service
09/1986: Sold to Chile
1998: Decommissioned
11/04/2005: Sank whilst under tow to the scrap yard
