Comments: 26/04/1899: Sailed from Sydney for Bluff, New Zealand
28/04/1899: Broke her tailshaft 391 miles from Sydney & drifted for 42 days
Temporary repairs were made & speed of 4 knots was achieved
Evenually towed back to Sydney by TALUNE
28/10/1914: Converted to dummy battleship VANGUARD
1915: Used as a water carrier
1919: Used as an oiler
1921: Used as a store carrier, based at Malta
03/1934: Broken up at La Spezia by Soc Anon Cantieri di Portovenere
