Comments: 29/03/1943: Damaged by torpedo from U-Boat U404 500 miles west of Brest
04/04/1943: Taken in tow by tug HMS DEXTEROUS but eventually
sank 400 miles west of Brest. All crew saved.
On a voyage from Buenos Aires to Cardiff with a cargo of frozen meat
