20/11/1940: Collided with & sank minesweeper HMAS GOORANGAI in
Port Phillip Bay, with the loss of all 24 crew
02/1942: Requisitioned for troop ship duties
11/1943: Collided with & sank destroyer USS PERKINS
23/10/1950: Damaged by a fire whilst berthed at Melbourne. Subsequently repaired
1965: Used on the India & Pakistan to East Africa service
22/09/1968: Broken up at Kaohsiung, Taiwan
