The bow is cut away and removed for safe keeping

The old mid-body has been removed leaving the existing stern portion, including the engine room

The new mid-body is floated into the dry dock

The new mid-body is in the dry dock

The new mid-body is brought into alignment with the old stern portion

The old bow section is brought back into the dock and aligned with the new mid-body

The refurbished ship is made ready to leave the dry dock
